Cancel order

I ordered product by accident, and asked to cancel the order immediately,(like five min later) As a result, no one answered my request, and I still received this product!

could you help me with that?

Unless the listing provides for returns in the Shipping and Payments tab, sell it or use it or gift it or donate it.  The time to correct your accidents is before you buy, not 5 minutes afterwards.  The seller is under absolutely no obligation to cancel at your request, no matter how soon after the sale.

Maybe you don't need that item, but neither does the seller.  That's why s/he was selling it.  You bought it.
