Cancel an order after I have printed the shipping label.

Buyer wants to cancel order.  I didn't see the cancel request and printed the label.  I did not ship and I would like to honner customer request to cancel and refund buyer.  help ebay won't let me cancel

Try canceling the shipping label first. Then, give the cancelation process another try.
