Hello,
A buyer purchased one of my items, then she applied for refund/cancellation. I started the process of refunding the buyer. The buyer then sends me a message stating she cancelled the incorrect item and she did want my item. I'm not sure how to reverse the cancellation. I did print out shipping label to send the item, I'm just not sure if I will get paid since I can't seem to cancel the cancellation. Confusing, yes !
Thank for any help

There is no way for you to do that. When you Cancel a transaction, it is cancelled. That transaction is done.
IDK why you would print the label or send it without being paid. That was not a good move. If you haven't sent it out, don't. Cancel the shipping label. It will take a couple weeks to get refunded for it, but you will get the refund if you didn't use it.
Now you need to create a new listing for the item the buyer wants. Email them and give them a link to the listing, have them purchase and pay for it.. Now you can send it out after the buyer pays.
