Cancel a purchase.

Hi. I want to cancel an order. The buyer is asking me to do weird things. Looks dubious. 

What can I do? I haven't sent the item. And She/He hasn't pay it.

Asking a seller to do weird things prior to payment (like providing a text messaging number or like including gift cards) is the mark of a scammer.  If the buyer has not paid, you can cancel the order after the fourth day, using the reason that the buyer has not paid.

The best way is to wait 5 days then cancel as unpaid.  If he is a scammer he won't pay, so there is no reason to rush.
