eBay shipping cost not correctly listed when relisted. The estimated shipping cost to Buyers Zip code is ~$1300, not $5.00. The basic freight shipping rate per pound is $1.86 and the unit total weight, with no packing, is 628 lbs, or ~ $1168.00 cost. Buyer must pay shipping cost.

You are the one that selected first class mail, which obviously was a mistake.  eBay can only price the shipping method that you choose.

It is a shame that you did not see your error on any of the previous auctions for this item, before you had an order you now have to cancel. You can not ask the buyer for more shipping money.

The right thing to do is to pay the shipping yourself, but no on can force you to do this.  If you are not going to ship it, then you need to cancel the order, choosing 'I am out of stock/I can not complete the transaction'.

Maybe if you send your buyer a deeply apologetic note for your mistake, he won't leave you negative feedback.
