Yes, you can selectively choose No Returns as your return policy on clothing and shoes.  Be sure to include all measurements with photos.  Even with a no returns policy, if the buyer files a returns request for Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay the return shipping, as ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your no returns policy.  You can only decline the return for a buyer's remorse reason: changed mind, didn't like it, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere.
