eBay removed an item because I used a old photo of the item on a model. I understand why they did it, but can you remove the copyright picture and relist? It had all my original photos on there as well. I can't find the listing anywhere. Is it just deleted permanently?

When eBay removes a listing, it's gone. You'll need to recreate the listing. Hopefully you save your photos on your computer and can just re-upload them.

Just be careful--you are now on the radar since eBay has removed the item.

@evry1nositswindyhas made a good point. Usually you would never relist a removed item, but if the only problem with the listing was the use of a copyrighted photo or one that was not representative of the item and you are replacing it with an accurate one, you should be OK.
