Can a perfume/cologne be sold if the label shows it as "2-Piece Perfume Set Inspired By Beyoncé Heat Rush" Or would this be considered a VERO strike?

Claims like "our version of" or "our impression of" or "inspired by" are indicators that it's a copy, and not the authentic stuff.  If you list knock offs, you're probably going to get in trouble with eBay, maybe suspended.
