Can't use PayPal Pay in 4 Option Anymore?

I've been using this option for years when buying anything on EBAY and now, for some reason, instead of checking out with all the steps in PayPal, it doesn't go to the "pay in 4" option! It just takes the full amount. It's very strange. It's not about my credit or anything like that and it's not related to the BIN options either. Did EBAY remove this feature from PayPal?? If anyone has any information, I'd certainly appreciate it. Thank you!

No, its not removed.  If you are using the App to do purchases, its defaulting to whatever method your PayPal is set to and not popping the choices.

What some have done to fix this, is to remove PayPal as an option to pay with in eBay, and this will allow it to reset so you get the choices back.
