Can't upload video from mobile app

I have the option to add video to listings from the desktop but the mobile app is not allowing me to upload video from the cell phone. Android. Is this not available or am I misreading the help pages? Thanks.

To upload a video to a listing, you must use a desktop computer.  It is not available on the ebay app.
