Can't put my own price when listing an item

When I try to create a new buy it now listing, it will not let me put my own price in.  It generates its own price for me and will let me change it, but as soon as I go to the next step, it goes back to the price it automatically set for my item, not mine.  I haven't had this issue until the app updated.

It sounds like you have Auto-fill pricing turned on, here is a thread that explains how to turn it off on the phone app:  Solved: Listing Price keeps changing on me - The eBay Community
