i can't log in my Paypal account when check out anything on ebay 2 days ago. I changed my password but it's still not working.
May you can help me fix this case?

Is your ebay account linked to your Paypal account? If not, that is easy to do:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Paypal account > Link Paypal account
Now you will log into Paypal to complete the process.
