Can't list items from the drafts page

So frustrating...for the past 3 weeks I'm unable off and on to list items from the drafts page...and sometimes, even list items at all!!  What is going on?  Calling CS is not helping.  They just say that technical will fix it soon.  Anyone??  Help??  Please is anyone else having this issue?

Anytime I have trouble listing, the problem turns out to be in the SHIPPING section, so I suggest that is the first place to look if ebay doesn't show a message as to why the listing is in error.

Thanks, but it happens to ALL  of my listings that are on the drafts page.  I appreciate your tip, however.
