Can’t get connected to a live agent

I placed an order and have the order and the estimated arrival date and it’s been charged to my credit card,  but eBay has no record of my purchase

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

I’m thinking I might have made it as a guest, but I don’t know how to find my order if I did 😞

If you purchased as a guest you should have received an email from eBay regarding the guest order. If you find that email, you should be able to sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email.
