Can't create shipping label to send item

I sold a tool to someone in America Samoa but when I try to print label I get an error message saying city does not exist on address.

I would cancel using the reason “problem with buyers address”.  Then try to contact the buyer, and tell them that if they still want the item, they need to repurchase, making sure they correct the address this time.
