On some current listings I want to revise and offer free shipping, but I am not getting the option to do that. I do not have a store. Is there a way to revise it without having to end the listing and relist? Thanks so much for any help.

@rubypoo You can not revise a listing if it has open offers, bids or less than 12 hours left on an auction, otherwise you should be able to change the shipping method.
Try using bulk edit to see if you can change the shipping.
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items you wish to change the shipping on.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> shipping> edit and submit

Thanks for your response, Comics. That still doesn't give me the option for free shipping. The shipping column is titled "lowest shipping cost" and the entry in it for each listed item says "buyer pays calculated". The arrow in the header box just toggles the arrow up and down. Am I missing something? I'm a newbie. 🤔

@rubypoo Let me phone a friend. I use business policies for my shipping so I am not sure what the bulk edit fields look like without them. You should be able to change the shipping policy from calculated to flat> free.
@shipscript Can you help this OP?

It sounds like you may be stopping too soon, looking at the shipping column on the bulk editing screen.
Instead, after opening the bulk editor, select all items and use the dropdown "Bulk Edit" menu to select "domestic shipping". A popup menu will appear.
