When I go to make an offer on an item, I can't select the payment method, I press the "change" button and nothing happens, I've been having this problem for a few months on both the mobile and web versions.
No. I've already tried to change it there, but I get this note when I try to add my card "We couldn't verify this card. Please select a different payment method". I tried adding another card and it didn't work either.
Does the seller ship to Brazil? If not, you may not be able to make an offer, even if you use a different shipping address, as the seller may be blocking payments from users with a primary shipping address in a location the seller does not ship to.
