Can't add video to existing listing

Hello,

I've been selling for about one year. I wish to add a video to a listing. My format only has 'add a photo'.

How can I update so I can add a video. I realize I can only add one video.

I sure would appreciate some advice. Thank you so much

Video can only be added if you created your listing using the new listing tool on a desktop or browser. To add a video to your listing you will need to end the listing and then list it again using the new listing tool.

After you end it go to your unsold listing and use the sell similar option, not relist, to open a copy.

To switch to the new listing tool. You should see a link at the top of the listing page, it will either say switch to the business tool or the new listing tool. Either option will take you to the new tool. Ignore the warning and switch, anyone can use it. If you do not see the link save the listing as a draft and then you can open the tool with this link. You will see your draft and click resume to open it in the tool.
