Can't access return label

I purchased an order as a "guest". I am now trying to return it, but it made me create an account and now I cannot access my return label because there is no order history in my newly created account. Any idea how to get around this?

You cannot use an Ebay account to file a Return Request if you purchased it as a guest.

Follow these instructions:

To start a return of an item purchased as a guest:

1. Find the email with the subject line starting “Order Confirmed”.
2. Select View order details.
3. Choose Return item.
4. Select your reason for returning the item.
5. Select Next.
6. Select Confirm return.

If the seller does not cooperate or respond, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:

To access your request details, you can either:

• From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
• From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
