Hello. I accidentally mislabeled a item, and the buyer of said item didn’t get what he expected.
I am trying to get a Return Label on the Mobile app so the item can be returned and the buyer can get his refund, but it won’t let me use my new residence and only has an old address as an option even after I changed the address associated with my eBay account.
I tried to contact “Customer Support” about this, but it turned out to be an Indian Guy who was trying to access my device through an app called ‘AnyDesk’.
How can I buy a return label on the Mobile App and use my new address?
Also, for another item that I did manage to sell successfully, when do I get the money? I sold it about a week ago and it said it arrived at the buyer’s address, but I have yet to receive a notification on my bank app that the money has been deposited into my account.

To manage your addresses, go here and change your return address before attempting to create a label:

Don't call any numbers for eBay that you find using Google. Those are criminals who want to steal information or money from you (and may put some malware or a virus on your computer as well).
Go to Seller Hub > Payments tab to see the status of your payment.
