In June of 2018, I purchased a usewd Apple Ipad A 2 on ebay. I also purchased a Square Trade policy. Last week the Ipad started to fail. To file a claim I need to provide a copy of the receipt. I did not find one in the box the Ipade came in. I went to my Order history on ebay and found the item. I clicked on "more actions". View order details was not on list. I need to proove to Squre Trade that I purchased this item in order to file a claim. Do I have any options?
