Yes. If you are using eBay shipping, click buy labels in bulk, then click combine by buyer. eBay will automatically add the tracking to both items.
If you already bought the label, try selecting add/edit tracking in your sold orders next to the one without the tracking. The system should let you add it, but only if you do it soon after creating the label.
