Can a return reason be changed?

I ordered a pin  and bracelet set from China . I only received the pin and want to return it. I mistakenly put the reason for return as Don't like it. Can change this reason ?

Re: Can a return reason be changed?

@bat197  Unfortunately the return reason can not be changed.  Nor can you open a new return request with a different reason.

I am guessing that this is a relatively low cost item.   If so you are best off financially to chalk this up to experience.

If you wish to return the item then it will depend on the sellers return policy AND you will have to pay return shipping.   If the seller has a No Returns policy then you can't return it.

If the seller has a buyer pays return policy then you CAN return it but you have to pay PRIORITY return shipping or else the tracking will not show delivery to the seller in China.

eBay can not force a refund without the tracking sowing delivery to the seller.
