Can a refund be reversed?

I was issued a refund for a computer that arrived damaged in shipping & non functional due to this, after communicating with the seller & opening a case they issued a refund I was notified by eBay & also the seller messaged me about the refund. Great.  It appeared in my bank after a while as pending. However now upon checking my bank it’s no longer available, gone. No trace of the refund. Did EBay or the seller reverse? I’m confused, I’m Curious before contacting seller again or eBay in regards to this. Thanks

Sellers can not reverse a refund. eBay can, if the seller appealed and they found in his favor, but they would have notified you of the change. You should ask customer service to look at the case/refund to see what happened.
