I'm currently trying to get a full refund for an item. But when I click the link for ebay to step in. It just brings up return details. Doesn't let me actually ask them for help. I'm worried if I close the return, I won't be able to ask for help at all. This seller and I are having a issues that's making negotiation impossible.
I just want my money back. But I need someone to help me with that.
What should I do next? I only have until the 10th of Feb. Or else ebay will close the return. And then I'll be out almost 50$ with a broken product I can't even use.

1. Request a call back or chat from the left hand side of this linked page:

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
If you are located outside of the US or Canada then you will need to use chat or social media.
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

@darkdreamjashin The case has to be open 4 business days before you can ask eBay to step in. Has it been that long?

It has been over a week at this point. When I see the highlighted link ask ebay to step in. I click it but it only reverts me to the refund details page. I am so lost as to what to do.
