Can Not Leave Buyer Feedback When They Buy More Than One Item

I have been having trouble for several weeks now, I'm the seller and I want to leave buyers feedback, the system will not allow me to leave feedback when buyer buys more than one item at a time. I can leave feedback when buyer buys one item, is anybody else having this problem?
