Can I send item without a shipping label

I have no printer and the shipping option doesn't allow for me to get a QR code to use at post office so can I just address the package myself and mail it

A trading card can be shipped like a letter with stamps, if you can't print the eBay standard envelope label.

If you are adding cardboard to stiffen the envelope, you might want to take the first one to your PO and have them decide how much postage you need - they may add a non-machinable surcharge.
