Dear all,
It was quite an eventful weekend. First, my account got banned because a customer claimed that they didn't receive my item, even though everything was delivered correctly. I issued a refund to resolve the issue. Then, the items listed were banned, but that got sorted out. In the end, one of my best-selling products was labelled with "This listing has been removed for a policy violation."
I'm a bit confused as I've just started selling on eBay; previously, I only used to buy. I'm not sure if someone is deliberately causing harm, or if this is a common occurrence on eBay, with competitors possibly engaging in such practices.
Perhaps I unknowingly did something wrong, and now I'm feeling disheartened as I genuinely like using eBay.
I'm unsure about the next steps. Is it possible to relist a product that was removed for a policy violation? How do you typically handle such issues?
