I only have one “mark” on my account which is one sale that tracking was not uploaded for. It was something that my son actually bought from me for his girlfriend, so I didn’t need to ship it. I thought marking it as shipped would be all I needed to do. I didn’t realize that if I didn’t upload any tracking it would count against me. Is there a way I can fix this? He forgot to give me feedback—would that help?
