Can I change the shipping address per buyers request on a label that I already purchased?

Buyer contacted me about incorrect shipping address for his purchase. He then changed his shipping address on  his eBay account. 

I had already purchased the shipping label prior to receiving buyers message. How do I go about modifying it on my end? Can I just cancel the original shipping label & repurchase a new one? If i purchase a new label after canceling the original one, will it automatically update with the buyers new address?

For seller protection, you are required to ship to the address on the payment. Assuming the member making the request for a change has the same member ID as your buyer*, you should cancel the transaction and relist so the buyer can repurchase it, advising him to choose/add the correct address at checkout.

*If the member ID is different from your buyer's, it's a scammer and you can report that to eBay using the report link in the Actions dropdown in the message.
