You will need to go to your Purchase history, locate the transaction, select CONTACT SELLER and let the seller know s/he needs to file a Cancellation due to Problem with buyer's address. The seller will then need to relist the item, you repurchase, and then make sure that the SHIP TO address is correct by clicking the CHANGE link. The seller needs to sends to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment.
