Select a topic from the list that is related to your question. Scroll to the bottom of that help page, click the "Contact us" option, and type "agent" into the chat that opens.
Select a callback or human chat. If you prefer the callback, make sure that your phone does not have call blocking enabled. The call will come through a call center, and call blockers typically don't like those.
