Calculating shipping costs

I listed two different items for sale and selected expedited calculated shipping cost.  All it shows on my listing is the minimum cost range, but not the maximum range.  I'm afraid the buyer will assume the cost to be only the lower number on my listing.  Do the buyers see a different amount at their end depending where they live?  This is before they even bid.  Example:  (US $6.86 Expedited Shipping) ;  where the upper range on my listing site?  Thank you!

Calculating shipping costs

Hello,

Calculated shipping is done via the buyer's location. So they will see a charge applicable to them.  What you see is what it costs for you in your Zipcode.

For me, it shows a 7.33 and a 7.09 cost for those two items to ship them here.  Also, are you doing your shipping cost to the buyer with Retail price, a Discount % price or eBay rate?  You have the option to charge the buyer from either Retail pricing or eBay discounted rates.  Many sellers use the retail rate to help offset costs for packaging, etc, or they will add a handling fee to cover materials, or charge more on the item itself.
