I cannot find a way to contact ebay about an issue with a seller. There is an "ask ebay to step in" link but I cannot get to the point of actually contacting ebay. It says to go to purchase history and select that link but I dont see it or cannot find it. How can I directly contact ebay? I have waited several weeks giving the seller a chance to resolve the issue and they are not. I felt good about trusting Ebay to help with this but now losing confidence in ebay for not having an easy way to contact them and protecting us buyers. Thanks for any help
