I've been doing eBay for a long time, and this is so odd. Contacted by someone saying she got a pic of the item on her iPad, never saw it before, but it's on her credit card. I checked to see if address etc. was correct, which it was (all automated, so strange to have any kind of mistake). If she had buyer's remorse, why not just ask for a Refund, which I always do. Doesn't make sense, and I will be out a sale, but also is this a scam? Doubt it, but so strange. I thought of letting eBay take over, but it's not exactly a dispute. The address is that of the person telling me they never saw the item before, so...?? Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
