There are some used business band radios for sale and I sent a message to the seller and agreed on a price to take the whole package a bit cheaper than advertised. How do we communicate to pay for it at the discounted price from advertised price? Ebay won't let you message a phone number ect. i would like to pick them up they are close and would save quite a bit of freight. Do i just forget the deal or how do i make contact?
