Buyers remorse

I listed a clothing item as an auction. The size was a small which was in the title. I had a picture of label that said small. I included two photos which shows a tape measure across the width and length of the item. Besides mentioning the flaws, I also said in the description, look at the two photos with the tape measure. 

The buyer paid and received the item now wants to return it because it's too small. 

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
