Buyers changes address after purchase

Should I ship a purchased Item to a buyer who changed their address through eBay messages?

No you should not ship the item to the new address.  Sometimes this is a scam but not always.  To keep your seller protection you should cancel the purchase and have the buyer repurchase the item and use the correct address on payment.  If they refuse to do this then it was a scam.

To add to what you've already been told, make sure the message asking you to change the address actually came from the buyer and not another user account.  Often scammers will send messages to recently sold items hoping sellers won't pay attention and will ship them the item instead of the actual buyer.

If it was from the actual buyer, inform them that you can cancel (use Problem with Buyer's Address as the reason if you do cancel) and they can repurchase with the correct address at checkout
