Hi!! I sold a vintage watch and I shipped it next day. As a seller I have 100% rating. This buyer is saying that he didn't get the package. The tracking number says it was delivered 3 days after I shipped the item. Everywhere I look it says delivered to his address. He is opening a case. I don't know what to do.

Respond to the case with tracking showing delivery. You will win that case.
But do not be surprised if the buyer then files a dispute with their funding source.

@vale-juan It may be possible it is one of those customers that constantly make these false claims, and by now it is likely other sellers have already reported them if they've already went thru a similar situation. Did you look at their feedback history, this will give you some idea!
