Buyer won't pay shipping

Help please.  I'm new to selling on ebay. I have a buyer that made an offer on an item at the price it was listed.  The listing says +$$ for shipping. 

They just messaged me saying they weren't going to pay the shipping. 

I'm not absorbing the shipping. 

What are my options?

Did the buyer put in the best offer notes requesting free shipping? 

Shipping is not supposed to be negotiated in the offer process.  You can offer to cancel at their request.

They ended up paying the shipping. I didn't know my options and still learning.  Thank you for the help!
