Buyer will not pay for item and will not communicate with me

I have not been selling very long, maybe 2 months. I have a buyer that will not pay for their item and will not communicate with me. I have attempted to contact the buyer several times and I have been polite each time. I checked their ratings and they were 100% good with nothing but praises for this person as a buyer. I went ahead and opened an "unpaid item case" but nothing has happened and I don't know what to do now. It has been several weeks since I opened the case. Please advise

You have to close the unpaid item dispute and then eBay will refund your fees and you can relist the item. You can close an unpaid item dispute 96 hours after opening it.
