Buyer was not charged enough for label

I offer calculated shipping. I do not charge a handling fee. I accurately place the correct weight and dimensions for each item.  I’ve sold an item recently and the buyer was not charged enough to cover the cost of the label  that eBay is charging me for shipping. Is there a glitch in their system on 3/21/25?

No glitch that I'm aware of.  It is usually the information you put into the program.  You need to look at it very carefully, it is usually a human error.  Sometimes they may try to hide, but they are usually there.

Why don't you charge a modest handling fee?  There is nothing wrong with that.  You have to pay FVFs on whatever your charge for shipping to your buyer and you have to pay for shipping supplies.
