Buyer wants to use his own FedEx account

for shipping items. Is this okay?

No, never use a buyers label, you will lose control of the item. 

It may not even be his account .

I am not going to accept if/when buyer makes offers it’s not official yet as it was “would you accept” & lower than my minimum to offer.  It was making me nervous to use a prepaid buyer ship label. I have discounted shipping via EBay on all my listings!
