Buyer wants to return an opened item that was sealed

Sold a brand new sealed perfume & it stated in the auction returns ok if the item was sealed as shipped. now the buyer has open the item and tried the perfume and decided they don't like the scent.  Now it has little resale value bc its opened and used and now unsealed.  Buyer has requested a refund "because they simply don't like the scent".  Any help dealing with this situation.  Thank you

Your listings show that you accept returns, so the buyer can return it.
