Buyer wants to change shipping address after making purchase

My buyer wants to change their shipping address after making a purchase.  The shipping address on the shipping label is incorrect and, despite their claim that they have now updated their address in ebay, it does not show on the shipping label to be printed nor can I verify the new address.

Shouldn't the shipping label address for the buyer update automatically?

I have also read conflicting ebay guidelines - one statement says do not ship to a different address even if the buyer requests it but another statement tells buyers to ask the seller to ship to the new (alternate) address.
