I have a buyer that contacted me 15 days beyond the 30 day return policy and they are asking for a full refund and refusing to return the item. They are making false claims about the item. I offered to take the item back if they return it and give a refund or process a 25% refund due being dissatisfied. They item was as described. The buyer has left many bad feedback for people recently I'm concerned they will do the same to me if I don't give them the item for free. What do I do?
