If you ship to a different address than the one on the order page, you lose your seller protection for Item Not Received. Tell your buyer to message you again, specifically requesting you to cancel the transaction. When you cancel the order use "Buyer requested cancellation as the reason.
Then you can relist it for them editing the title to say Private listing for username. Tell them to switch to the address they want the item shipped to and buy it again. The link below tells you how you can cancel a transaction and what will happen.
