Recently sold an item, about 130$. Buyer said he didn't get the correct item and posted photo of what he claimed he received. Not what I sent him but apparently Ebay sides with the buyer, what recourse do I have?

You can contact eBay and report the buyer. I do not know what eBay will do about it.
