I need advice. I sold a small bookend for $15. I was extremely careful packaging it to make sure it would arrive safely. Buyer shows me a photo where a small piece fell off. I don't know how that happened. For all I know, they could have dropped it. I only made $11 after taxes, fees and shipping. It still looks good and is functional. It will cost me more than I made to have it returned to me but I don't feel they should get it for free either. How should I handle it?
