Buyer spam

Hello,

I’m a little new on selling on eBay. I had a $500 plus item I listed and someone bought and paid for it. I noticed tho that it is someone that joined the same day as the purchase and does not have any reviews. Should I send the item or is it spam. I don’t want to send it and they say they didn’t receive it and make me give the money back. What do you recommend?

You didn't have any feedback until you made your first purchase either, right?

If the item has been paid for (and you see it marked as ready to ship), then you are required to ship. Ship with tracking as required for Seller Protection so you can prove delivery.
